In myHandballStats, who is in goal is a matter of the game, not of the squad. That way saves and goals conceded go to the right keeper, even if a field player is between the posts today.
Two ways, whichever is quicker at the moment:
The opponent’s score at the top goes up with every goal conceded. The same works for your side: tapping your team name counts a goal without a scorer, handy when it has to be quick.
The app goes in this order:
Show the Goalkeeper row via View → Goalkeeper at the top. No assignment removes the mark again.
When the second keeper comes in, pick them under Goalkeeper. From then on the goals conceded go to them; earlier ones stay with the first. The same works when a field player goes in goal.
Tip for youth teams: the position can also be changed for one game only. Whoever is keeper today gets position GK in this game’s squad selection, and the automatic rule from step 2 applies.
When you choose Saves or Goals conceded, the keeper’s tile in the player grid is outlined. Another tap on the chosen action counts straight for them, so you don’t have to find the keeper every time. You can still tap any other player as usual.
A saved penalty counts for the keeper as a save with shot type 7 metres Premium.
Saves ÷ (saves + goals conceded), for each goalkeeper separately. If no
goal conceded is assigned to them, it shows “–” instead of 100 % – otherwise every
field player would have a perfect rate.
Premium adds the save and goals-conceded heatmaps per keeper: where in the goal they save, where they get beaten.
While the game is running, the app counts the score from recorded goals and goals conceded. After ending the game it shows the final score you entered. If the two differ because a goal wasn’t recorded, the app doesn’t convert anything. Your numbers stay as you recorded them.
