Purchases on another device
Sign in on the iPad or new iPhone with the same Apple ID.
A purchase belongs to the store it was made in, i.e. your Apple ID.
If buying doesn’t work
An error message instead of a price
The app couldn’t load the products from the App Store just now, usually because of
no internet connection. Tap Try again once you’re online.
Bought, but Premium isn’t active
Tap Restore purchases. If that doesn’t help, report it via Settings → Send
feedback.
Ads and consent
Without your consent the app shows non-personalised ads at most. You can change your
choice in the settings at any time. If you bought “Remove advertising” or Premium, the
ad service doesn’t even start.
